Organizations are racing to the cloud — and that includes storing all types of company and customer data on it. According to Gartner , by 2022, “75% of all databases will be deployed or migrated to a cloud platform.”
Like with any seismic shift in an industry, we’re seeing very cloud-specific security needs and gaps that are catching organizations off guard. No one is going to slow cloud adoption — the gains are just too good.
