Delivering HYOK for Financial Services with IBM Cloud
Today, IBM announced IBM Cloud for Financial Services, the first financial services ready cloud platform. The announcement also highlights an ecosystem of over 90 technology partners who help enable technology, compliance and security solutions specifically for financial services clients.
We’re proud to be a launch partner in the IBM Cloud for Financial Services ecosystem. Baffle’s Data Protection Services easily enables customers to move more workload to cloud securely. Our joint solution with IBM Cloud supports the following capabilities:
- Hold Your Own Key (HYOK) through our integration with IBM Key Protect
- Field or record level encryption, data masking, and tokenization via our Baffle Shield for IBM Cloud Databases for PostgreSQL deployments without any modification of the application tier.
- File and object encryption with client-side encryption keys for IBM Cloud storage.
